Fine & comfortable room with climate control, TV set and a mini bar fridge. Good beds, big bathroom. Magnificent location close to several office buildings and easy access to shopping malls and bookstores.

Excellent home base for 3 nights with amicable staff at reception desk. Compact and large room, big size bathroom. - Excellent location near the airport, easy to get anywhere. - Based so close to excellent malls, and Shopping Morumbi and offices of Berrini/Chucri Zaidan area.

This hotel is situated in a great location near various offices and in a safe area of the Morumbi district. Guests enjoy several room advantages, such as good shower pressure and temperature controls, and a comfortable bed. the hotel is also renowned for its tasty breakfast, and the lobby hosts a variety of consumables for sale.
The maintenance department sometimes fails to live up to the 24/7 maintenance claim, leading to prolonged equipment malfunctions and noise disturbances.

The hotel had a decent location, close to a mall and some restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. the two complementary bottles of water were a nice touch. the receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was quick.
This hotel was a terrible choice for New Year's Eve. There was a ton of noise all night long with party-goers and fireworks.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, and the fact that it was reasonably priced. The hotel was also located conveniently near shopping centers and restaurants, making it easy to find food and entertainment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the 24-hour bar area.
Our stay was soured by the poor quality of service. The room was not cleaned properly, we were left without enough towels, and the breakfast was below standard.
